Question.
I don't have a PS3 and I fancy a PS4 when it comes. Will I be able to buy games which are currently available on PSN on the PS4? 80% of the reason I want a PS4 is because I want to play som PSN games so.

It's basically Donnie Darko only with a happy ending. Donnie starts fucking with time, bad stuff happens so he goes back in time and kills himself at crossroad so none of it happens. A bunch of people start fucking with time so Booker and Elizabeth erase themselves at the crossroads so none of it happens. The difference is in Bioshock, there's a reality in which Booker refuses to be baptised so we can assume him and Anna live happily ever after. Albeit as a single parent with a gambling problem and crippling guilt over his past actions. But at least in that world he's not a cunt. In Donnie Darko, there's no timeline in which Frank doesn't exist but Donnie survives. He's either asleep or he's been woken up by Frank.

Apart from that, one of my favourite parts of the game wasn't part of the main game, I guess it was something of an easter egg. You know at the start, a barbershop quartet sings God Only Knows? But the year is 1912. If you do some exploring, you can find some voxaphones which are like "oh, you're so talented music person how do you find this music?" and then you can fidn rifts nearby when music from the future is playing. Nice attention to detail I guess.

We need games that utilise the medium of immersion and control in a better manner. That doesn't mean there isn't room for shooters, but the shooter market is saturated.

Play Spec Ops: The Line.

Jagr has been traded to the Bruins for two prospects and a second round draft pick. The prospects are Cody Payne, a 5th round pick from last year and Lane MacDermid who is 23, has played 8 games so far and has 0 points. He's been below average for Providence,
Oh.

They make more money by winning the constructors than by winning the drivers, but do still get a bunch of money from winning the drivers.

Hmm. One thing I'll say is I'm not sure why this genre of games have gotten so grey and dirty. That's not to say all new shooters look the same, that's a stupid thing to say, It just seems for a strange trend to be setting. Why are people attracted to this? Is it because console multiplayer shooter fans aren't given much option or are they making the games because people are still asking for them. If they are asking for them, then why are they?
Not that I'm hating on the game itself, Battlefield is a great game. I just get slightly concerned when I see these games get hyper realistic like this. Hyper realism isn't fun, for me at least. Not to mention that realism = shooting Russians. It's as if the whole mindset of America is stuck in the 70s but whatever, I'm sure it will be a good game it just looks very safe.

What I'd recommend if you're interested in this game and you play your games on PC is look at downloading Planetside 2. It's a free MMO style shooter. It plays a lot like Battlefield in my opinion but more fun. It's probably worth looking at a guide before playing as you're kind of dropped in without much guidance. Or maybe I skipped all the guidance, that sounds more likely.

Not really, it's all relevant, it's like saying a title comes down to one game in football, it's won over the whole season, same with F1, its not won or lost over one race.

But... that's completely contradictory. You can't say "it's all relevant" and then say each individual race doesn't matter. Since Schumacher retired the first time, 5 of the 6 drivers championships are settled by under ten points, 4 of those were by under five and 2 of those were by one point. It's entirely possible that Vettel not following team orders will win him the season and it's ridiculous to claim otherwise. What's even more ridiculous is that Red Bull must know that but still decided to issue the orders in the first place but there you go.

Oh, by the way, noone mentioned anything about people hating on Vettel for him being German so I have no idea where that came from. Presumably the same place most of the stuff you say comes from, ie out of your arse.

I just finished Bioshock Infinite.
The last 3 hours are amazing. Might be the best ending to a game ever.

The Malaysia race this year was awful. I don't recall a podium like that in Malaysia in my short life.

Really though, what the fuck are you talking about?

I have it but I don't feel like I've had enough spare time to give it a good bash and doit justice. From what I've heard, there's a certain point in the game where after that, you won't be able to put it down until the end.

A dogs personality is not reflective of it's breed, it's reflective of it's experiences.

I find that hard to believe. So you're basically saying that if someone took a tamaskan pup (best dogs) and a spaniel pup. then treated them the same, they'd have the same temperament?

Noone cares about mother Theresa. Can we focus on the important subject of dogs?
I don't know much about dogs, my ex had a pack of whippets and about everything I know comes from him. Whippets are lovely by the way. But anyway, my question is if you're going to breed dogs to be cunts, why is it generally pit bulls and the like? I understand why people do it with alsations and stuff like that because they're huge, but why pit bulls?

I would say that the gameplay is far as city building goes is more enjoyable in this game. The way transport systems, utilities and emergency services work makes much more sense than it did in Sim City 4. I also enjoy how to get feedback from the Sims. I mean, the same feedback was there in Sim City 4 but you had to analyse layers and shit like that to get it and the advisors made stuff up. This was is immediately obvious. You see a bunch of sick people chilling you, see that your hospital is at capacity and build some more waiting rooms or whatever.

Though I would say I probably wouldn't enjoy it so much if... well if I didn't steal all my power from Franck.

I just don't like the fact the area for your city is miniscule. Once it's full up there's really not much you can do apart from bulldozing and refitting to eke out what little space there is left. I have no interest in running two or more cities. From my perspective if you want an authentic Sim City experience then you should get Sim City 4 and use mods, because Sim City 5 is not going to provide longevity.

Well, the thing that annoys me is that you have your city and then there's a massive gap between the cities. Apart from everything else, it looks really dumb on the zoomed out screen. I don't see any reason why you shouldn't be able to build on the strip in between or why you can't have more than just the highway linking up the cities. The number of times the one highway exit has been totally blocked up with cars is stupid. My town has a ferry, a train station and an airport but there's still tailbacks for miles on the motorway.

Well that's not possible. What you could do is get a cable from router -> laptop and then share that connection with your xbox using ICS.

Could he not just get a switch?

It doesn't kick you out if your internet goes down by the way. Basically, all the saved games are on a cloud so you need to be connected to load and save. That's about it.

There are alternatives to this for now. A kickstarter has started for an offline game like it and there are cheaper alternatives like Cities XL. Right now £40 is simply not a good price for this game.

Only if you care about playing offline.

That's not how it works and you know it. I really want to go for a meal out but my favourite restaurant is too expensive so I'll wait a few months for the price to drop. Or maybe they'll have a sale.

It's a much better game than Sim City 4. If you want to play a modern Sim City game, it is worth the price. Yes, the always online is annoying but the servers are stable and the game works. If always online is a deal breaker, you don't need some random cunt on the internet to tell you not to get it. If you have £40 and want to play a Sim City then get stuck in. It's that simple.

No one is happy, they're just exceptional liars.

I agree. Happiness something you make up yourself. It's something you only ever think of if you ask yourself the question "are you happy?" and if you ask yourself that question then you're not happy. As such, I can't ever remember a time when I've thought "hey, I'm so happy right now". I can obviously remember times when I felt strong positive emotions, but those are like an adrenaline rush. I can remember the best day of my life at the end of it, I didn't think "I'm so happy and my life is so good". I thought "fuck me that was a really awesome day that just happened and I want to do it again". I feel something positive and then I chase it. I need it in my life again.

The question then becomes what do you want from life? The answer being I don't really know. It doesn't really matter. What does matter is that there's always an exit strategy. If I run out of things I want to achieve here, I can always just go somewhere else, whether that's physically like moving abroad or mentally like focusing my efforts into something else. You should never feel trapped.

Life is like a big long string of experiences. Money lets you buy more of them, for sure, but a lack of money doesn't mean you're doomed. It depends on what you value most out of life and I'm convinced that everyone can do two things. One, look back at their life and pick out a moment and say "yes, I want that moment again" and two, use their imagination and say "yes, I want to have that".

I don't know. I've had a lot on my mind recently. I love my friends but they do make my mind work. If they didn't, I wouldn't love them anymore.
