You could always reach out to the club directly about purchasing a kit because their team store doesn't look to sell it. It's a long shot, but why not?
You could also look into having a custom kit created for you to mimic what they have. There are stores online that do that.

Here you go. I also re-did the Halifax and Barnsley badges. Because of the guys and the two lions, the actual badge itself is smaller to make it fit within the required dimensions.

Here you go. Made a few variations on some… wasn't quite sure how to make a proper badge out of a few so did my best. Let me know if something needs changed.

PS: Here's an alternate version of the TNS badge you requested previously. I used the same one on my TNS save, but modified it a bit to resemble their actual logo (color scheme that is). Hope you find it useful.

That photopea version you did is pretty good, but the colors look a bit washed out. May need to tweak the saturation a bit. The only other thing I see is that it's missing the metallic texture the photoshop method has.

A bit delayed, but after you install the filter using the exe download from their site, when you go into photoshop and click on Filter, you should see it at the very bottom. Is that what you're clicking on to get the error you posted? I ask because it almost looks like you're on the home screen of PS with no file open and are dragging the exe file into PS, which will not work. You have to run it outside of PS to install it and then open a file in PS before you can even use it.
Once you have it installed and verify it works, you should just need to install the action file posted in, I believe, the first post here. Once you have that installed (google how to add an action to PS if you don't know how), in PS, you can see actions installed by going to Window and ticking Actions
