I'm going to tell you again: I appreciate the assistance but it would be of much greater help if you would say WHY. It might be clear to you and to me and to a lot of regulars here, but the user may not be aware that the image is not of good enough quality, is not in 250x250, there are large gaps above the head and below the chin and that the image should have been rotated before being cropped.

Otherwise the same users will keep making the same 'mistakes' and we'll keep rejecting their work, to their frustration and to ours.
