If you keep ignoring us and don't even deign to provide an answer to this question, I think we can assume you believe you should do what you like, and we'll then assume you therefore have no business being part of this community any longer, and ban your account accordingly.

I'm going to tell you again: I appreciate the assistance but it would be of much greater help if you would say WHY. It might be clear to you and to me and to a lot of regulars here, but the user may not be aware that the image is not of good enough quality, is not in 250x250, there are large gaps above the head and below the chin and that the image should have been rotated before being cropped.
