It's a problem in the config file of Serie C Girone A 3D pack.
Open its config file and replace the Albinoleffe lines with the following ones:

<record from="albino_1" to="graphics/pictures/team/1142/kit_textures/home"/>
<record from="albino_2" to="graphics/pictures/team/1142/kit_textures/away"/>
<record from="albino_3" to="graphics/pictures/team/1142/kit_textures/third"/>

Save the file and then reload the skin once in game.
You should see now the 2D kits

I know Tubize and Deinze are not in the Proximus league, I made them as extras to pad it out as it's a very small league.
