do you have the same problem @mons ? it is the FA logo who is supposed to show up there. so it is probably a problem with your "nation" folder. could you give me a screenshot of the hole england page and not just the top left corner?

Here's Spain's page with same problem, small nation icons in player pages also missing for me btw...

After installing the last patch (2018.10) my country flags are missing big ones are there but smaller ones (Like the one player profile etc.) are gone, it looks like this:
