This mod was working fine until I downloaded the scoreboard mod and now the angles are all super low / close to the ground? Should I delete the scoreboard mod?

Hi! Been trying to fix Napoli's name in a current save. I've edited ‘City club stadiums’ file on notepad, got rid of all the #" from the clubs names. Do I need to restart my game to get them to work? Thanks!
