Neither, it's not too much of a big deal. I've even tried other name fixes and they don't work. I've just loaded up a new game save and the name fix works so maybe it's something to do with it being on an existing save game

Pretty much everything has worked fine for me from what I can tell apart from the fact that the Premier League still comes up as the “Premier Division”as you can see, even the united name fix has applied yet the one for the Premier League hasn't, anyone know why this would be the case??
