found this solution for La Liga on their website:
If you go to team site for example Valencia:
https://www.laliga.es/laliga-santander/valencia
and open picture in the new tab for example Kondogbia:
https://files.laliga.es/player-photo/6/18/2205/256x256_007503_000011_049_0_002_000_000.jpg
when you change 256x256 for 2048x2048 you will get HQ picture:
https://files.laliga.es/player-photo/6/18/2205/2048x2048_007503_000011_049_0_002_000_000.jpg
I can see that a lot of players haven't got updated picture, but I think in a few weeks La Liga will take care about them.
