If Barca win the CL this season then this side is easily the best ever squad in club footballing history imo.

It's not even their whole side, as a whole there's probably been more balanced sides. But that front three is ridiculous.

Bollocks, only ones who would walk it is Barca and that's cause with that front trio they're miles ahead of anyone else. Other teams would probably win it / challenge but no walk in the park.

Top 4 will finish like that IMO, not sure why Leicester are supposed to falter when they have the easiest run in out the lot, plus no cup games. Last 3 are tricky, but they should have a lead by then. Arsenal are yet to play City, United and Tottenham, and all this after being bummed by Barca in the CL.. Spurs I put a few tricky draws that could go either way really so they could sneak up too.

Us and Chelsea the ones I wasn't 100% sure as put both to go on a good run from now - us with our injuries back, Chelsea with some sort of confidence back, but could go either way really and remain inconsistent.

Why am I seeing so much moaning on Twitter about the pen? Vardy was a clever cunt but that's 100% a penalty, Monreal is a dumb fuck for sticking his leg out like that

No, it's a load of bollocks, it's no guideline. All it tells you is your mass / height ^2 and gives a number that has no relevance at all.

150 miles in one day is very long. Do able, but depending how quick you go (say 10 miles per hour which is pretty beginner speed, that's 15 hours in the saddle without stops). Key to it if you want to do it in one day would be to just keep very low intensity for it all, no matter how slow you go. It's better to go slow at it and steady than going hard but blowing up. Depending on how much you want to get into cycling, could invest in a heart rate monitor and a Garmin (you could probably pick up a Garmin 800 for about 100 quid, maybe less, which lets you do a map of your route to follow, would be perfect for the actual challenge itself).

Every team in the top 4 should be embarrassed if Leicester win the League

None more so than Arsenal and mainly Arsene Wenger himself trotting out the financial distortion excuse for 10 years yet Leicester win it by spending less than we ever have and Wes Morgan in defence.

Dunno if you checked the table but we're second behind Leicester who are gonna come down with the Christmas decorations.

It's a two horse race between us and City, still think they will pip it.

It's not easy to manage a football club, it's a ridiculous argument.

Just set a tactic, chose the players then go on holiday for rest of season, let your assistant take charge.

If you're setting yourself at 'highly active' then no. Its giving you a calorie count that is taking into account the amount of exercise you do, if you then make subtractions on myFitness pal for the exercise you're doing then you're effectively double counting all the exercise you do.

I've had success with setting my activity level to sedentary to account for the general effects that being alive has on calorie consumption and then making deductions for exercise on top of that which might be an idea if you've got something like a fitbit thats going to track calories more accurately than a calculator.

Ahh yeah fair play, makes sense. Changed it to that. You can still eat over 1500 calories (or whatever it gives you), if you exercise as it adds calories back right?
Not bad on the calories front, more on the macro's though with sugar surprisingly over today. Fuck all to drink that tastes nice and hasn't got any/much sugar

Always the Diet Coke, wouldn't want to consume excess carbs.

I'm a human dustbin at the best of times. But I find the easiest way to clean bulk is with myFitness Pal and following the IIFYM philosophy loosely. Ideally I'd hit those macro-nutrient targets every day, but lifes to short to be that strict about it and I'm not a professional athlete so don't need to be.

I've used myFitness Pal, but having just read on IIFYM that you're not supposed to add calories back for exercising?

Need to cut a few kg, tried no carbs diet but I got a right sweet tooth so although it did drop a bit I couldn't hack it. Jumped back on my fitness pal app, it's given me a daily total of 2300 calories (put that I am highly active, as I'll be working/uni + training once or twice day), so that's pretty manageable. However today for example I added 40 minutes of indoor football which gives me back 400 calories or so.. Do I follow that or what IIFYM says? Only had 6g sugar left before adding it

Feel so manly counting calories
