Without knowing what the original source looks like, it's always a bit hard to tell but there does seem to be hardly any details at all in the hair. Also, as Sergio has rightly said, we prefer our cuts to be much closer to the chin. In cases where neck is a bit too long to also display a bit of collar, there is a quick and easy technique demonstrated in the guide to cutting thread on how to slightly nudge the collar upwards in order to accommodate both requirements. There's also a very small amount of snow at the top of the hair.

The standard image dimensions for the cutout megapack is 250*250px, when the source images are large enough (example)

Thanks for the feedback but the image you sent is very old of him, that's not how he looks now in 2020.
