It's not that it evens itself out - there's no team thats inherently more "lucky" than another.

People will obviously finish better or worse off.

Just the media making it a story really.

Never really thought there was a chance he'd pick anybody other than Belgium.

We have two great young wingers in Chamberlain and Sterling. He won't be that much of a miss.

he has definitely improved to some degree aye. But there was a period of about 10 minutes in the City game where it seemed like gravity was just too much for him and that was pretty frustrating to watch. But annoyingly it seems to be a part of the game now with the whole 'anticipating contact' debate, its definitely one of my biggest annoyances when watching football.

and as much as I hate to say it Liverpool do deserve the title, regardless of decisions. They could get a bunch of horrible decisions next season, these things happen.

Against City and Sunderland recently he should have been sent off for diving as he done it about 4-5 times in the same match.

He dove against Newcastle once and Sunderland once - as I watched both games live, these were both before Christmas.

Since about February he's been back to diving once or twice a match too.

Nah, Suarez hasn't cut his diving out at all - that's wrong.

I agree with the rest of your post though.

It's also hilarious to see Man Utd fans whinging about it when they're benefitted from refereeing decisions for the best part of 20 years

Aye it's definitely addictive - you may have had it once and not wanted to do it again but that doesn't mean years of scientific study are wrong.

Bigger clubs get more decisions from referees. Man City have had more than their fare share this season.

aye - just checked, he also has run with ball through centre which is again not ideal.

Aye, that ppm would drastically reduce his effectiveness at half back.

If you can get him to stop doing that he'll be a good fit.

Most 18 year olds are pretty poor defensively tbf.

He's very good for an 18 year old.

I think the shoot more often might impact the attacking play as it's very possession heavy. I think Phil Jones would be a better half back than Carrick too.

3 in a match is good though

Colback rumours are strong atm, especially as he's a Newcastle fan it seems to have added to the momentum. Everton in the running too and I think I know where I'd rather go at this moment in time.

Shola I'd like to believe the source you've mentioned but I don't really know what to think anymore. If Ashley wanted rid of him he's had amble opportunities and when he nutted Meyler he probably could have sacked him without a pay-off, that's a chance a man like Ashley wouldn't miss IMO.

Agree with Skacel's post and then some of the players like Redmond, Lacazette and Riviere would be great. I'd even get Colback just to stop Gosling playing, as Poe mentioned

We won't move forward while we keep playing 4-4-2 without wingers. It's a formation that requires them.

If he's going on a free I can't understand for the life of me why we'd give Ameobi another year deal and not take him instead.

Passing the ball around with no real penetration is just as boring as defending and playing for a 0-0 imo.

I'd take Colback, and I'd like Redmond too.

Can't stand the thought of Shola and De Jong up top next year, with Dan Gosling in midfield and it's probably going to come to that.

Apparently Ashley thinks we need "1 or 2 players"

He'll probably end up in another final though - if he went and attacked A.Madrid could have easily scored several and made the job far harder.

His tactics worked.
