Try starting the game with the default skin; there's an option this year as to when you want to start your save game (either in early pre-season, or just before the season starts, among other options).

The update packs are relatively small and they aren't available via torrent, no. Not sure that's what you're asking tbh...

Sorry to appear pedantic, but where is File manager>Downloads? Do you mean the folder in the attached image?

To be sure you're looking in the right folder, go to this page and click any of the download completed request buttons as a test. Once you do, you should get a window showing you the path it is to be saved in. Navigate to that section manually and see if there's anything around that size in there at the date and time when you downloaded them. I'm finding it very strange to understand how you downloaded a file that big but have nothing to show for it. Usually, even if the file was only partially completed, there is still a partial file left of some sort

Hmm, that's strange. Do you know where you downloads go by default? e.g. Documents, Desktop, Downloads? Can you check in there if there's anything which could conceivably be one of the files?

Can you try and click the arrow beside the Chrome download bar down at the bottom and select the show in folder option? Does that work? If yes, what is displayed?

Do you still have a temporary file saved in your downloads folder? If yes, can you post a screenshot of it? Maybe just changing the extension manually to .rar will be enough, but I'd like to have a look first to confirm...
