So it´s not possible to add a face to a player/staff that it´s not in the default database?

I just wanted to use THE LEGEND Ledley King as a youth coach and I´m not being able to add him a face even if I save the picture with the ID created.

Please let me know!

Yeah you can add him to your own pack and game, but he won't go into the megapack

some laptops like mine have a fn (function) button and I need to press that then prt sc button for it to work
If you don't have fn then just pressing prt sc should do it

Press print screen on your keyboard or fn + print screen
then open paint then click paste
save and then upload to photobucket or a similar site

Screenshots inside the folder might help too

How many images to you have in your folder?
What size is your config file ?
and whats the exact path ?
also do you have windows 7 or 8 as you will have two si folders if you do, so it mught be in the wrong one

I would also like to know what to do with this. Except it applies to the new 5.03 update uploaded today not 5.02!

There are no lines in the config attempting to map a player with "." to a player in the db; in case that helps.

The icon 5.03 update also has this problem as well.

As long as its not got a line in the config then it won't affect anything

The megapack can't cause anything like this unless you have put it in the wrong place (probably programme files?)
Did you add anything else ?
try reloading the skin
