He made sure that he qualified it, and said he had a poor game- and he really did. Anyone who watched the game would have seen that.

Even if he had a bad game (I haven't seen it) a lot of the managers that mention it get charged. This won't be the first time Ferguson escapes any sort of punishment.

Ferguson should be banned for what he said... Shouldn't be able to go around saying the linesman wasn't doing his job!

But I am thrilled Spurs scored, anything but United is good. And in the 90th minute, something that United usually do! Damn, that makes it a hell lot better!

Even if that's so, booing him will only lower his confidence further, making him play worse and therefore harming Chelsea's performances. Nothing good can come out of booing an underperforming player low on confidence.

He shouldn't have opened today, Ba should. He is doing nothing on the pitch. Booing him might make Benitez realise that he isn't supposed to be on the pitch, something he is failing at.

Good win but all it did was prove how inconsistent we are, both in the same game and from game to game...

We had one draw in the last three home games before today, losing to QPR and Swansea, as well as dropping a two goal lead against Southampton! Then we go on to boss the first half against Arsenal, just to almost lose it in the second (again). At least we won!

If Moyes has got any sense, which I think he has a lot of, he'll stay well clear of Chelsea.

I know. But he has showed everyone what he can do with limited funds. Thinking of what he can do at rich clubs that are willing to spend a lot is scary. Everton are one of my favorite clubs, a lot to do with the way he works with the team and the way he gets them to play.

Not going to say much. We are just so wasteful. And yet again, Torres barrely does a thing in 81 minutes but in the 13 minutes Ba was on, he managed to have three chances, scoring one which was ruled out. We need someone that can constantly score.

I think, if we are going to buy more players we should focus on a CB. With Luiz showing just how much better he is as a DM, we only really have 3 CBs, one known for getting injured. That leaves us with 2 CBs. We are also known for getting red cards at the wrong times. So, a good, young CB wouldn't be bad.

Page 115. Doesn't say anything about what happens if it wasn't deliberate. Still, you see a lot of referees giving a free kick, when way or another because the player handled the ball, either helping himself to a scoring opportunity or stopping a scoring opportunity.

The fact that he used his hand to get control of the ball. Deliberate or not, it helped him score that goal....

Just got my first chance to play Ultimate Frisbee today. If any of you know what it is, what do you think of it? Do you play it?

I loved it today, was a really good game (played for 45 minutes). Because we play on a small 5v5 asphalt pitch to score we have to touch the frame of the goal, making it harder! I enjoyed it, mostly because I am a lot better than I though I am!

So, any of you like it?

Irrespective of the side that Benitez put on the pitch tonight, the players who played should have been good enough to do the job. What it does show is just how relient on Mata we are for anything positive in the attacking third. Which isn't a good thing to see. The first 45 no one was good enough and simply weren't able to put together the football basics.

The second half was an improvement but still completely dire.

Torres had the one chance to score, and while it was stuck straight at Julio Cesar, he was extremely quick out and made himself big, it was a very good save none the less.

Besides that and a few headers, the side created absolutely nothing. Neither the fault of the manager or that simply just Torres, the whole side was terrible baring Cahill.

Torres had to chances to score, a chance to assist (failed to pass the ball) and also a chance where he just failed to control the ball. He isn't a good player. Stick Ivanovic as a striker and you have someone more capable of scoring than Torres. Maybe it is a good thing we are bringing Ba after all... Just need Benitez to stop starting with Torres and we are good to go. Mata and Hazard are the core of the team. With a striker that can't score and everyone other than Moses and Oscar that play in the attack (usually, this game was different because they were sitting back and we had to score) it is fairly obvious that they will be so important.

Benitez did the wrong thing not starting them. Why not start them, get the goal you need and then take them off? Why do WE have to be the ones chasing the ball?

So yes, maybe I am repeating myself all of the time but I have the right to do so. Since the beginning I wasn't happy with Benitez and I am still not happy. When will I be happy? When I see him back on the Eurosport weekly reviews. And Torres keeps proving how shit he has become. For every goal that he scores he misses some amazing chances, both to score and assist...

I love Chelsea but the fact that we only had one striker this season and that one striker did nothing + we got rid of a manager for a worse one just shows how not good we've been. We better get ready for next season.
