I'm afraid you're not understanding the guideines.

We want the player's face to fill the canvas for the 250px cutout, which would mean cropping the image along these red lines:

At the same time, we want all cuts to include a little bit of collar. Since in some sources like this one, the person in the image may have a longer neck than usual, this would be quite difficult to achieve naturally.

Here's a video of the process on how to nudge the collar upwards:

I would recommend using remove.bg, which is a free online tool which removes the background to an excellent standard, for free and almost instantly.

Here's a couple of videos on how to use it, one when combined with Photoshop and another using photopea.com, which is a free online app so close to Photoshop that it has the same shortcuts, layout and icons. If you don't have Photoshop, photopea.com is the tool I would recommend to use to tweak the draft cut produced by remove.bg. It's more powerful and versatile than GIMP and other similar tools.

Hi @mons  thanks for you cuz still replying my questions here on this thread. I've been busy nowadays but now am still interested to doing contribute a facepacks for the whole community. So here are updates working on my examples of total 37 players but its on last season(current) JDT FC facepacks only. If you want me continue to making this works I'd love to do it again for next season but it had to wait till new seasons started. I've no hard feelings to you and thank you for welcoming me here as newbie

I have already asked you, twice now, to provide the original source images so that we can gauge if the poor quality is up to them or to your technique. I have also already pointed out that collars are mandatory and that your previous cuts were cropped too far from the top of the hair since 2-3 pixels is more than enough.

I ask you, yet again, to pay more attention to the guidelines.

You meant like this one?
I got it from this website, btw : https://rb.gy/o77htq

I reiterate that:

As you're still starting out, instead of delving straight into packs with the ensuing risk that any issues in your cutting technique are repeated in multiple images, I suggest posting a source and your cut from it in this thread for our feedback

Hi @mons as I promised been completed 36 facepack for just 1 team from Malaysian Super Leagues. Here's some preview awaiting for your approval before i publish whole squad players and staff :

The third one looks fine but the first two are cropped too far from the chin.

Right, thanks for those explanation. For further continuing my interest contribute in here is to make over 36 cut out facepack out from 1 team only. Its depends based on how much faster i can completing the edited. I reckon about 2 weeks from now the job at least had finished but still do I need to ask your feedback here first before publishing as contributer? Because if my works were failed and got rejected I'm always need your explanation again in here right? Lol. Again, thank you

@sfnzn The edges aren't very smooth and have a black line alongside the neck. The last two don't seem to have a collar, and the middle one isn't in the centre of the canvas. All 3 of them are cropped too far from the top of the hair; 2-3 pixels is more than enough.

I also specifically asked you to post the source images you're working with. The quality of the cut depends also on the quality of the source. If the source is poor, then the cut will almost certainly be poor and not an improvement if the person already has an image. If the cut is poor, but the source is decent, then it's a question of technique. I urge you to use remove.bg and to have a proper look at the guidelines in the first post.

Sorry before this I dont answering as what were you asking for the website i got the source of the picture. This is the official website for teams playing in MSL : https://rb.gy/omvkn8

Here's what i thought an improvements at least to seek your approval though

@sfnzn, I've moved your post to this thread. Some things to keep in mind:

Some of your cuts appear to be somewhat blurry as if they were not the best quality sources and needed to be upscaled. In cases like this one, I'm afraid they're not really improvements to what's in the megapack. This one also happens to have a bit of snow, and no collar. Several of the cuts in this pack are also not in the centre of the canvas.

Have a look at the first post in this thread, and make sure to take on board the guidelines and to watch the tutorials. As you're still starting out, instead of delving straight into packs with the ensuing risk that any issues in your cutting technique are repeated in multiple images, I suggest posting a source and your cut from it in this thread for our feedback. Good luck 👍

Alright thanks for the feedback. I'm new here so kind of just direct posted 36 players without monitoring the guidlines. I'm sorry for that. Here's some of few cut out player facepack I've been doing most recent time. Hope you can corrected if there's any false:
