Hey guys. I'm in my third season with Roma. Won a triple crown in my second season , I have a very strong team but every now and then 4 or 5 key players want to leave for clubs that are in decline or weaker than my team. It's getting a little frustrated to deal with them every few months and they show 0 loyalty. I'm especially surprised to hear that from players that are Roma children, such as Mattia Destro and Alessio Romagnoli. Destro want to leave for Man Utd who have been in decline since my first season, and in this season they finished dead last in my UCL group. We ravaged them at home and away and somehow Destro thinks they're the stronger club. Some players want to leave for clubs that aren't even interested in them, and when I finally back down and set them for sale, nobody wants to bid for them and they're still unhappy and want to leave.

How did you guys deal with this? I can sell a few players but I cannot sell my 4-5 key players.

I told you to cut out the hyperbole, because your post is riddled it. It's excruciating to read. Sounds like something that a 12 year old would scream down their Xbox headset. Learn to make a point in a constructive and truthful manner.

well I apologize , I was frustrated and felt like that at the time. I payed a lot of money for this game and I want it to uphold certain standards. I agree I could have written it in a more calm manner, but as I said, I was being frustrated. Just because you don't have those in game problems or those things don't annoy you, it doesn't mean it's not there. Sorry, we all have certain things in the game that we don't like, and where better to address it than an internet forum? For future reference, I will try to sound more "adult" and you, if you have a problem with the written substance, simply avoid it.

Can i just ask, have you started a new game on 15.3, yet?

Quite right, however if nobody read then you'd be wasting your time posting, wouldn't you?

i am certainly not portraying it as a mess. i'm still playing it but these problems became common occurrences that became annoying, and most importantly, they were nowhere to be found in the previous instances of the game. I started a new game on 15.3 a few days ago, the replaying commentary during game still persists, but what can you do

Only, only fine a player if he has got a straight red card. Always a warning for a red. Works for me, never had a player complain.

1. Its not your place to praise him on international duty, he's always gonna be more thankful to the person calling him up.

2. Hm, would i want to play for PSV in the Dutch League and Champions League, or would i want to play for Chelsea in the Premier League and Champions League, its a tough one.....

3. Pause the game, make your subs, problem solved. (I play on the same setting as you, and i also pause to make changes as by the time i make the changes 10-15minutes of the game has gone by)

4. Can't say i have a problem with yellow cards in FM 15, i certainly haven't been the highest team in the League for Yellow cars, so that'll do me.

1. Ok, that covers praising player. What about them giving me attitude when I fine them fairly?

2. As I said, if they want to play in better leagues they say they want to play for a bigger club or in a better league. This clearly stated he wants to play for chelase AS THEY PLAY IN THE CL. Did you read my post at all mate?

3. Ok, your solution covers the subs, but what about tactical changes that your assistant manager proposes? I can't do does with a pause, and if there's a key moment in the game or a goal, I have to replay all of it before the tactical change goes through.

4. Seems fair

I have a bone to pick with SI. It seems to me they keep taking their audience for granted since they expect 50€ every f*king year for the same mistakes that persist although they have been warned to fix them.
So lets go through them, shall we?

1) I'm feed up with almost 90% players being arrogant pricks that talk back to you. Every time I praise my player for scoring his first goal for his country or winning their first cap, they ALWAYS say that they didn't score for me and that they don't need to feel patronized. Who the f*ck talks like that? It's especially annoying when a new player talks to me like that ,and he's been in the club for like a month. What the fuck is up with that? And this keeps happening every FUCKING year for last 4 FM's. If I fine my player for a reason (i'm talking about getting two yellow cards in 90th minute + extra time and giving the other team a chance to score from a penalty.) I expect for them to STFU and take it cause they earned the fine ! But no ! They ALWAYS seem the fine is unfair, they wanna have a chat with me, and they're extremely rude telling me that I'm gonna be sorry for this, and that I have to show him more respect. WTF?! Who the hell talks back like that in professional football??? It'ls like having 10 Balotellis in my team ! And always, ALWAYS, the rest of the team or on his side and they are telling me how to behave. And of course, I can't do anything about it, cause idiots at SI think this is pretty normal !

2) AI glitches. Perfect example... I start a game with PSV. I bought Eder Alvarez Balanta in my first season for 8 mil, he's been sensational and everything. Let's move on... Chelsea wants to buy him at the end of season, of course, I reject the offer (he just arrived at the beginning of the season), I've won the title and qualified for Champions League. Suddenly Balanta is unhappy and starts missing training sessions cause I won't allow him to leave to play for chelsea cause they play in champions league. WTF ?! OUR TEAM WON THE TITLE YOU LITTLE SHIT ! We're going to be playing in the champions league , JUST LIKE CHELSEA. And then he wants to talk again why I won't let him to play IN THE CHAMPIONS LEAGUE ! You can imagine I'm pretty fucking pissed of that these sort of things happen. And of course, there isn't an adequate response in which I can explain top him that we ARE playing in the Champions League. And don't start saying that he just wants to play for chelsea, if it were the case, it would've said :"want to play for a better team or in a better league.

3). In game glitches....I play all my games on fast with commentary. Every time I make some tactical changes or subs, the last few minutes repeat themselves... It gets pretty annoying when you have to replay 2 mins of the game. This is really pissing me off and they should patch the shit out of this game if they want my 50€ again

4). TOO MANY YELLOW CARDS ! It doesn't matter if I set my tackling to high/low, my defenders keep getting yellow cards in the 30th SECOND of the game. I can't count how many time when my players got two yellow cards in the first half hour of the game.

hey mate, one thing i dont understand. you had money to buy top players but you always invest in youngsters, and buy mediocre senior players after selling your biggest stars. you can't go above 7th place .

i started playing with napoli, and went into bidding war for Rugani. Since he's co-owned by Empoli and Juventus, I had to present bids to both sides, and I did so. Empoli accepted my offer, so did Juventus, and then I offered a contract to Rugani and signed him. A little bit later I noticed that Rugani is in my roster but he's out of contract ?! We already agreed on a contract when I signed him. So I approached him again, offered the contract and signed him again. Suddenly on a press conference they asked me if I was happy to work with Rugani again ? XD wtf, I go to my roster and see this :

Hi there. I'm in my 5th season with Gladbah and Ter Stegen became a beast. He a starter of course, and Jeronimo Rulli plays cup matches and friendlies. In my news feed a survey among the fans is about Rulli's status, to be more frank, does he deserve a first team place. You can see for yourselves how many fans were for the option that I play Rulli instead of Ter Stegen. What? Why? Not only is Ter Stegen a club grown player, he's a captain and a fantastic goalkeeper. But somehow this dumb AI decides it wants something that defies all logic. I think this happens at random and that's very sad since this is already FM 2014. I'm getting a little tired of these little "bugs" that sometimes destroy the experience for me

I'm really getting pissed at the developers cause this keeps happening every fkin year. I managed to win Budesliga nad DFB Pokal in my 3.rd season with Gladbach and my players were remarkable. I didn't have a top scorer but I had a player with most assists, top 5 players with best ratings were my players, several players had double-double in goals/assists and I manage to win ONLY ONE REWARD !!! Manager reward, and my players none. And to be more unrealistic only one of my players was in the team of the year !! What the fck?!?! I didn't even have a top goalkeeper ! All of the players were from teams below me and their players had worse numbers than me ! FIX THIS S**T ALREADY !!!

the problem is that the game gives out rewards on past reputation. BvB and Bayern were pretty shite this season and they received more rewards than me.

don't be bitter , I didn't say he was a terrible player, I was just wondering why would you sell an excellent player for some cash since you don't have cashflow problems? and currently, Boyata is a better player than Kraus, and you're currently in the CL league. You could've brought Kraus and a more experienced defender as well.

EDIT: I noticed that you really can't take a different opinion from someone, chill, this is a game after all

The official update with January transfers isn't out yet. Will be in the next few weeks. Nothing wrong with your game.

On the other hand, there are plenty of unofficial updates roaming the internet (and this site), but that's a slightly different story.
