considering that Southampton doesn't practically have any wingers, I'm playing a 4-1-2-1-2 formation with 2 full WBs, 1 DM that plays as a ball winning mid, 2 MCs, one deep lying playmaker, one box to box mid, 1 advanced playmaker,2 strikers (poacher and AF).

Try to keep Schnederlein and Wanyama, buy another Poacher. Keep Shaw for 2 seasons then you can sell him for 45 M €

you said you were not like arsenal, you havent won a major trophy for 3 years now. You have an enormous budget, don't spend anything cause you want to be "original" and play with only english players. Newsflash, England doesn't have that much talent that would bring you the league trophy. Only thing you spend on is the stadium. I like your passion, but I don't like your approach at all. Nhf mate

I have the same tactic, but with different setting and some players are different. I don't mean to brag, but I had better results than you.

Finished my first season third, then won the title the next season, now leading the table with 8 games to go. The key was playing Osvaldo as AF in pair with a good Poacher. Luckily, I managed to get Benzia in my first season for just 7,5 M €. In the first two season the league top scorers were Osvaldo and Benzia respectively. Behind them, an absolute beast Advanced playmaker Gaston Ramirez netting 15 goals and 20 assists in avg per season. Lallana was more than a good sub, he had the numbers like Gaston pretty close until he had two long term injuries. Unfortunately, I had to sell him to balance the books. Brought Barkley as a substition, just 12 M €, he wasn't doing well in everton. So far this season, 18 assists. Wonderful. Also the key for me was not selling Wanyama and Schnederlein, the two best box to box midfielders in the game. Converted Ward Prowse to a deep lying playmaker and also managed to snap up Kevin Strootman as his mentor in the second season for 20M €. Bought Will Hughes and loaned him out. I have four strikers, 3 are pulling most of the weight. Osvaldo , Benzia are first choices, Luuk De Jong came for 12M € in the third season, he's netting pretty good so far. Amido Balde is for cup games and when someone gets injured. As for defence, unfortunately I had to sell Shaw in the winter break of my third season cause he was acting like a little bitch. Couldn't convince him to stay and his performance was getting lousy. Sold him for 45 M € to Man Utd. Bought Lucas Digne as a replacement. Other defenders are Lovren, Phil Jones, Daniele Rugani, Ryan Shawcross, Sebastien Corchia and Nathaniel Clyne. As for tactics, the full backs are actually complete wingbacks, DM is a ball winning midfielder (Nigel De Jong and Sven Bender), two center mids are deepl lying playmaker and box to box midfielder. I'm currently 20 M € in debt, hopefully I will be in the clear when the season ends and I get the money from competitions.

Are you using custom leagues or updates? if it's happening on the same date each time it may well be down to badly formatted editor data which is a bitch, as I have found out several times before.

the only thing I did was adding custom graphics, logos, kits etc. Have you managed to solve your problem?

Hey guys. I stared a new season with PSV and after a few months my games begins to crash at a certain moment. This is not the first time but I managed to partially solve it by going to holiday for a day or two so I bypassed the problem, This time it doesn't work. One time I managed to bypass the problematic match where the crash occurs but when I click any button, game crashes again, I receive this in the attachment but I don't know how read dump files. anyone had similar problems? why is it happening? is it due to custom graphics? please help

did u solve the problem? i also save after every match but when the period between matches is like a month and a half, offseason when I'm buying players, it gets annoying when I have do the entire bidding process again

Hey guys, I'm at the start of my second season with Roma and for some reaseon game started to crash every few weeks. The sceenshot is in the attachment. Basically , I starts crashing at some period, and it will crash always at the loading screen when I click continue. It happens always at the same time, the workaround it is taking a holiday and skipping the specific date when the game crashes. Of course I started to be paranoid, saving every 10 minutes cause I can't know when it will crash. I don't know what to do.Anyone else encountered a similar problem? Is it possible that some custom graphics are the source of this? I followed every direction on your forums for years, for every edition of FM, it worked perfectly.

Just before my champions league final, suddenly a massive morale drop happened due to not including my star players to some south american post season tournament where my U19 team is playing?

wtf? What the hell would de rossi, pjanic and co do there, and why the hell would they be sad if they weren't playing there ?! And the hell did this news come out in the eve of my CL final game???

Certain leagues you will need to fully own the player for him to be able to play. When I had brought him and the message you get saying you have told me when I had to fully own them and even told me how much the agent would accept

ok, I maybe missed that, but that still doesn't explain why I bought 5% for 6 M when I offered 6M for entire 40%

Hi guys, I'm currently my 2nd season in beta version with Roma, and in the summer break I signed Vitinho on free transfer and I was informed that the player is owned 40% by some douche. Ok, no problem. I finish my preseason, I'm about to play supercup game against Juve and suddenly a red icon near Vitinho appears in the squad section. A red icon that says OWN and it says: Unavailable to play matches due to being partially owned by an agent.

What the hell? That's it ? That's the explanation? That doesn't make any f*kin sense since I own 60% of the player, and why wouldn't he play anyways? Some stupid supermarket from Brasil owns like a half of neymar and he gets to play.

Now, here's the fun part. I tried to buy out agent Douche, offered him 6 000 000 € for his 40%, player's value is 8 250 000 €. I submit my offer, everything cool. Suddenly I receive the news that I bought 5% F I V E FKING PERCENT for 6 000 000 € ?!?!?! What the hell??!?!? Is that a bug or what? I offered money for 40% , not 5 ! And yes, I'm sure ! What do I have now, 6M€ less for 5% less partially owned player who still cant play !

Why is there so little info about this? What the hell am I supposed to do now? Why did I buy only 5% for 6 M when I offered that amount for 40% ! Is that a bug?

Sorry for raging, but this really pissed my off cause Vitinho is an brilliant player.
