There are at least two ways to fix that 👍

 

First if you use one of the skins available here (I use flut skin) : https://sortitoutsi.net/forums/10/football-manager-skins

you can make the backgrounds darker by pressing this button, and press the procent :

And you can make a config by you self using this little app: https://sortitoutsi.net/content/848/fm-graphics-configurator-for-pc

just drag your teams background folder on to the app and having the dot on team backgrounds. You will properly have to move your folder outside the backgrounds folder to your graphics folder.

Hi I updated the last 5 updates but now I have lost the Team Backgrounds

I have read this is not updated anymore but I am partially sited so I struggle to read the screen against a light stadium background.

 

Could you tell me where I can get the old Teams config file please so I can play again.

Sorry but I don't know how to help you. In my game the goalkeeper name and face are perfectly inside the image....


Doh I just realized you can drag the tablet out so it's a bigger size - everything is fine now 🙂

after that, go to

Thanks I tried that and have played around with the settings.
Moved this line to 4 and I can see most of the name now <layout class="stick_to_sides_attachment" alignment="top" inset="4" />

Still having a problem with the keeper name on the far left still being cut off.
Any line I can change to move that please?

Reason I ask is I copied over everything but have blank black adboards?
Have checked all the locations and have copied all the files over from 1.0 to 1.4 in order

Here are my directories do I have them in the correct place? I am using the steam version of the game?

****Edit got it to work, had to reboot game once everything was installed correctly.

Hi all: Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!!
I hope you enjoy this version 4.0 of Flutskin. It's still warm because I just finished editing it lol
It includes some new panels and some changes relating to some requests and bugs reported. I was totally immersed in the match inbetween highlights panel on the last days and I believe that now is much better than the default skin.

Next step: editing the match mid time and the match full time review (this is only my intention...not a promise 🙂 )

Good evening.
Glad to hear that it worked.
For my part, my logo file is very complete since I took the one that is present on this site..
I did nothing more than leave all the logos together (clubs, competitions, continents, ...).
I just modify the config folder with the boss's tutorial ;-).


Yep its great work.
I think the config misses the logos for Africa and Asia but I don't play those leagues so it's great

Yep this is what's happening with mine as well. I'll go back to the editor and check and the change is there but for some reason it isn't implementing in game.


Same for me, have followed the process none of the updates are coming in my new game despite it showing?

Hello. Personally, for the logo of the league to appear, I created another "comp" folder by copying only the "normal" subfolder already present in "pictures" that I put in the "logo" folder where I already have my continents logos and nations balls logos. Then I modify with Notepad the output of the "config" by putting this: <record from="xx" to="graphics/pictures/comp/xx/logo/background/right"/>.

One question - how do you get the teams league logo to show in the top right bar please

On your example you have the Portugal League Logo which is a nice touch. Spurs also has the Premier League logo showing

But on my games I only get the national flag for each team, if I take those out then it just defaults to the UEFA logos, would love to get all the local league logos to show on the teams as well.
I have these logos in my logo folder but can’t get them to come into the skin like you have.

I have that error and it's really annoying. It wasn't present on FM 20 Been trying to fix it with FLUT to remove that behind front kit but I'm not sure how to do it

If you are using 1920x1080 icons only and full window the skin should work well.
If you are not using it and already fixed that problems for the other versions of the skin you just have to edit the same xmls I indicated for solve that problems in the last versions.


Going to try and make those amends again and will use Icons only.

Still can’t get the front SS kits to show properly as the existing kit face in the skin is still showing behind it.

Thanks so much for v2.1 was really hoping this would sort my issues out but sadly still the same bugs as before, see pic.

Also player backgrounds are no good with this version as the player and kit panels in the centre now cover up the player face on the background.

I know there are changeable other panels on the player screen, was hoping they could be switched the left like last year

Thanks anyway though, I know you can't solve everyones problems 😓

Is there anyway to move the centre panel with the face and shirt the Attributes and swap it with the personal details on the left panel on the left? They are both the same size but as it’s now in the centre it covers the faces of all my player backgrounds 😓

I wouldn't go after stars in general. Just simulate a few days with a lot of leagues, if it's too slow for you, then remove some leagues, if not, you are fine. On this thread you can compare your system to others, it might help you with that question. I already explained you where to find it?

What PC do you have and how is the speed of the game with all those leagues loaded?
Also how do you get to that "detail level"screen I've never seen that before
