Yo! Some of you might remember me, I have been playing every FM/CM since CM03 or something. These days I don't have a lot of time for the game, but the holiday season is upon us, so I'm seriously considering buying the game.

What do you think, is it worth it? Is the game enjoyable enough to warrant the price, even if I won't be playing it a lot? Is it better than the old versions?

@Ninja Never disliked Modric, I might have said he was a bad transfer and let's be honest, apart from that goal vs ManUtd last year(which was important of course), he didn't do anything notable. That and also the fact that Mourinho's 4-2-3-1 didn't really suit him as much as Ancelotti's 4-3-3. He is a Centre mid in Xavi's style, not a DM or an AMC.

The only person I regret not trusting is Ancelotti. He always gave me the impression of being a low impact manager, but what he did with Real is amazing. Not just that he changed the system, putting Di Maria and Modric in perfect positions for them, he also changed the mentality. Seeing Ronaldo and Bale defend at 0-2 is mind-blowing. He is also a fit for the club's image. Let's be honest, Real are a classy club. This weekend there was a total silence in the stands when they remembered Tito. That image is much more fitting to Ancelotti than to Mourinho.

I was 12 when we last played a Final. Fucking 12. So happy right now, I cannot really put it into words.

You can basically pay for a software which let's you cheat. The only thing that changed from last year, is that you can pay the money to SI, instead of some random guy on the internet who released the real-time Editor. It's a very good move by SI. Very Valve-ish, if I may.. Win-win situation basically. If you want to cheat pay for it. If you are going to cheat and pay anyway, why not support the creators?

Also Matt I'd totally pay a couple of bucks, if you bring back Blue, or whatever that all loswonderkids theme was based on! Best skin ever

So I'm pretty excited for FM14.. Just restarted playing FM13 after a couple of months hiatus and now I feel FM14 can't come soon enough. It basically got me at "world map for scouting". Finally my prayers were answered! Anyway, still pretty torn on who to play with it. I'm not the "lets start unemployed and become a journeyman" type of guy, I prefer picking a team, no matter the division and just spend decades at it.

So list some pretty nice challenges for FM14 for me, please. What I can think of:

1. Getting Palermo back to the Seria A, then dominate the shit out of everyone. Playing as a "pink team" sounds pretty legit to be honest.
2. Anji lost their money, but keeping them alive sounds pretty nice. No Eto'o, Zhirkov and co, but the Russian league sounds pretty tempting. Already managed there on one of the version.
3. Red Star Belgrade! I never managed in Serbia, but nothing is more satisfying as bringing an old champion to it's former glory.
4. My local team, FCM Targu Mures, now known as ASA. We got relegated to the second division 2 years ago and we didn't find the way back. The Romanian league is kinda meh though.
5. Just randomly pick a team from Spain's 3rd division and wreck face.

So yeah, more ideas would be nice.

Just kidding, his first 2 goals were nothing more but tap-ins. He did have a great game though and even though the Turks had some good chances, the team played pretty well too, unlike in the first 4 matches in La Liga..
