Remove all the items in the second folder other than the folders. Those files, and especially the config file, may be interfering with the file's workings.

Also, make sure to have your preferences looking like this:

Thanks for getting back to me, I have tried all of the above and still have issues and can't get the logos to work 😢

Hi can anyone help me please as I am seriously struggling to get the logos pack to work at all. I have managed to get all other packs to work easily (faces, kits etc) but for some reason I cannot get this to work at all. I have tried deleting and redownloading and still cannot get anything to work.

Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks.
