No, you need to download all the individual update packs, i.e. update pack 13.01, 13.02 and so on until 13.11.

thanks though that's kinda sucks to much work for me

isn't there a easier way?

To be fully up-to-date, after that you then need to download and install the 11 update packs released to date chronologically

i have downloaded the torrent file now
