These are the changes I make so the game is fairer IMO
If you want to remove or edit these changes feel free to do so yourself, but do not pass on this file as your own work
stops EPL sides signing more than 2 non EU players a season from outside UK(so non EU within UK dont count)and a cap of £40k a week wage in Championship
All EPL sides must have at least 6 U23 players in match squad and a max of 4 Non EU
FA+Carabo cup rules all EPL teams have to have 6 U21 players in match squad and max 4 Non EU

Users who subscribed by paypal(and I thought this was the only payment method available) you can cancel the renewal manually yourself via your paypal account.
Anyone who paid by other means wanting to cancel their membership you need to tag the site owner/admin footygamer into your post NB you need to tag correctly as per this message
so keep posts on this issue here and do not start new threads on this or post on other threads that are nothing to do with this issue.
NB footygamer is based in Australasia so be patient he will reply and address your issue when he is free.

file doesnt need testing no league changes made if you open in editor you will be unable to test/verify
if its showing that error...then its yet another bug to report to SI

may well be, you can change that if you want to yourself and I didnt give them 30m so that is the sugar daddy increasing the finances
initially it was much lower but they didnt spend it either on transfer fees/wages or extending the stadium etc
so I increased it
