had to remove some posts again from the thread
as the linked thread states-
@TheMinsterman does this in his own time and the update/s will be released at his pace now if users cant accept that feel free to do it yourself but from now on no more posts along the lines of- when will this league be updated/how long before this file is out /why hasnt this league been updated yet etc etc or warnings will be issued

Thanks for sharing your tactic. FYI you need to put some information with it as to what your tactic involves etc as many users wont download it without this as they dont know what it is they are actually downloading from just 2 screenshots

here we go it kicks in starting using start dates after the 04/05/20
so start no later than the 4th thats when I will when I get around to starting a proper save I will then use FMRTE to get the results of games still to be played as near as possible not ideal but it works

I think you mean 30/06/20
yes this seem to be a bug in game and has always been there using custom start dates that SI cannot explain
I will try an old trick now to see if it works as a workaround

you mean players whose contract expires eg 30/06/20? not players who were out of contract at the game start?

please note after doing all the work the squad registration rules are still bugged(once again it is another long standing issue SI havent sorted out)
but there is a way around it- impose match day rules this works and you can put basically the same rules to work for the match day IMO its better I use them to set rules for some of the ''bigger clubs'' so it makes it much fairer eg -

firstly -
add a nation to the specific comp/s - eg champions league/ europa etc in database.(I use Belarus usually)
After that you add nation rules -Belarus / add lower division/ convert to advanced.
You will have champ league etc now in the list of competitions.
Delete all other files - leave only the rules to the comps you want

not saying this is a bug but it could be few options are you able to manage the B team and/or be able to select players for a game and either sim or then leave to the ass man?
other workaround FMRTE give the players bans/injuries that you do not want selected and therefore surely the ones you do will be
if you want me to try it for you send me your save and the players listed you want to play and I will test
