I have issue previously with exiting the game after saving causing crashes the fix I found was to quit to the start screen

then exit fully from there

try this if its available

I don't agree with locking files, if someone spends months creating a lower league English DB and I want to give Potters Bar United £1b for fun I should be able to edit that, I shouldn't have to redo all the same work to create my own lower league DB just for that one change?

It's also really useful to be able to export/import XML and if they start locking down files they'll have to get rid of that, which would be very destructive to community projects.

You can easily compare the XML of two files to see if they are infact identical because XML is always appended not edited, that should be enough to avoid the very, very few arguments that occur. I definitely don't think it's worth inflicting everyone with locked down files just for those few cases when thefts happen.

The ige fmrte would cover that or you could create a separate file to run alongside it using the pre game editor

It's happened to me several times and after many hours of work it's a real kick in the guts especially when they made money out of it too

I also see that all japanese players having serbian, bosnian, … as a language. is it your file, or SI made an error
fe Minamino, Endo, … all of them, even staff. It looks like everyone who's having Japan as nationality

I only have files from sortitoutsi.

its yet another bug or as you say an error

every japanese player checked had similar language set up its nothing to do with @mons file😉

selecting fmf you get this message wont let you submit

selecting a xml file

so wont let you submit once again you get 2 x error messages

select both a fmf+xml version of the file it does now let you submit

Very easy to do open advanced rules for the nation

select the competition the team/s are in

League settings

scroll down page to points deduction if there are none tick the box then select add-fill in the required fields

NB tick game start year only if this is a one time deduction

you can add future deductions if you wish also eg say Juventus get relegated to Serie B as may happen in 2022 you could set up in Serie B for them to have a points deduction

@kingrobbo can you check the admin it looks like you linked to the brexit file again so it is being included?

I'm not sure how this keeps happening, if you're really struggling can you just PM me the XML and FMF files or something?

Or if you want to jump on FB or Discord or something and walk through it together i'd like to try and get to the bottom of what's going wrong.

as said in the staff thread mate not struggling it insists on linked content even though the file is fmf?
