I can't possibly know what might have happened at your end, unfortunately, but it might be worth trying to download it again. In the next day or so, the next update pack will be released, so you might as well wait till then to get the latest full pack then 👍

Hi, I decided that I wanted to just download the latest one as of right now. I deleted and downloaded it again and now the file says it has 17GB in total. Is that everything?

Have a look to see whether any of the FAQs at the top of the thread help.

If your issue is not addressed, please help us to help you by explaining clearly what the issue is and accompany it with screenshots of your megapack folder, showing clearly the full path it’s located in as well as how many images are in that folder.

I just realised that it doesn't contain all of the files. I downloaded the whole pack and not in parts. Why did this happen and how can I make sure it contains every file?

I have followed all of the steps correctly yet some of the faces including Messi doesn't show up. I downloaded the full 17GB pack and not in parts. Need help please
