I don't speak Spanish very well and I don't use a Mac, so my capacity to help is a bit limited. It's saying there's nothing in there. Can I see inside the folder, rather than the properties?

I attach properties to see the path.
The folder is this. Folder faces on the folder graphics.

The first time you load FM up after installing the pack should see the loading screen time take a fair bit longer, but we're only talking a few minutes more. Can I have a screenshot of the place you've installed this file?

I wait 10, 15 minuts and nothing happens... I'm worried.
I'm on Mac. There is the screenshot. I place on the graphics folder.

Hi!
After downolad and install facepacks my FM21 became very slow and don't proceed on the loading screen.
How can I fix this issue? Thanks all!

Why are my video adboards are black?

Either your video ads are in the wrong location or your system can not cope with HD graphics.
- Ensure you video ads are in this location: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Football Manager 2020\data\simatchviewer_uncompressed\videos
- Try re-naming the 'HD' folder in the above location to 'SD' this tricks the system into treating the video as SD files.

Hi! Great work!

Only one issue. My video ads still don't work. Always black. HD, SD, don't matter. Static works fantastic.

What should I do?
