In line with guidance on the official SI forums

At present, FM26 cannot handle multiple files with the same name. For example, if you have two files with the name "kit.png", it will not load both. 

and

Player Faces:
These work fine. You do not need the icon files anymore, and they can cause issues with the note above. Delete them.

 

The iconfaces are no longer available, as a result. You should also delete the iconfaces folder manually from your system too 👍

 

Thank you - so many different video links and messages it is a bit confusing.

Never had a problem with previous versions but whenever I download this I only get Faces folder in Winrar and not iconfaces. Any idea how I get this!?

Apologies have resolved now by watching work the space YouTube. Simple fix - create the folder 🤦🏻‍♂️

Hi - I am struggling with the packs this year on fm23 as I don't seem to have the graphics folder available - any ideas on where it might be? I don't remember this last year.

I’m using the same as you - the faces mega pack and the metallic logo pack. 
The problem started yesterday.

This just happened to me too. I can’t skip goal replays anymore. Only noticed it today after months of play. 
my only workaround has been to speed them up!
