Can you show the editor data folder too (including the full path)? And did you install the fix after having started a career?

I started the new career after installing the fix:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Football Manager 2024\editor data

installed the latest file but Parthenope is still there 🙂 and i also can't chose the German national team for the start.
