Unless you post the error message, we have no way of knowing what the issue might be. It's the equivalent of merely telling your doctor you have pain without explaining where and how it was caused.

Try using Winrar, maybe that'll help.

i using winrar. when finish the download, and want to opening the file,its show me eror and not let me open the file.
