Tried to do this. followed everything and the dates it offers me is still 2018. tried a few things. still no luck. any solutions?

Right. I have Pre-ordered FM14 through sortitout and have been playing the beta ever since. However I have not been sent a code to update to the full game and my fm14 still says beta at the bottom. Now I have emailed a whole load of people and messaged everyone that has been suggested but the only person to get back to me so far is someone from sigames. he tried to help but there was not much he could do. all weekend I have been trying to get this sorted. NEXWAY has taken £29.99 out of my paypal and has not sent me anything in return. All I want to do is play the game.
Please please please someone help me out here. it would help if nexway replied...

Have the Same problem. Been playing the beta for 2 weeks and haven't received and code to update to the full game. they have taken the money out of paypal so why haven't I got my game yet?

Hello.
I have been trying to download a few things off fm scout. however it keeps opening up the same page in a different tab. It wont let me log in so i cant email them or ask for help. Is it a Problem with my internet? WinRAR? haha i have no idea thanks for any help though
