Okay, I got it to work somehow.

 

I deleted the entire Sports Interactive folder (kept the kits, logos, cutouts, trophies in my documents folder) then pasted them back in after the fresh installation. 

 

I wish I could explain how it worked, but it did. Might be something left over that prevented the cutouts from loading. Regardless, your help is outstanding- thank you plenty.

Re-installing FM will not resolve the issue, as the user data folder will remain exactly the same, and that's where the issue is…

 

Did you see my previous post? I didn't tag you, sorry.

 

It takes 3 minutes, might as well give it a shot- makes sense what you said though.

Can you do a search for “config” in the graphics/faces folder and post the results in this manner?

 

 

This can be achieved by posting the word itself in the red circle, choosing the view tab via the blue circle, the details option in the black circle and making sure the folder column in the green circle is large enough to display the full path,

You've shown me just the graphics/faces/sortitoutsi/faces folder. Can I also see the graphics/faces folder? Can I also see a screenshot of the in-game preferences, just to be sure? 

 

All seems fine so far, so it might be the case there's a remnant of the previous DF11 installation stopping the cutouts from appearing…

 

Attached as requested.

 

I will try reinstalling FM2022 and see if that helps.

What's in the graphics/faces folder?

 

Do you have any sub-folders in the graphics/faces/sortitoutsi/faces folder?

 

Just those two folders (faces, iconfaces). The iconfaces folder has a similar number of images (minus 5 to be exact) but at a smaller resolution.

Do the logos and kits appear fine? Have you changed the preferences as per the second FAQ?

 

The logos and kits appear normally. I have tried (I know it's not part of this) DF11 and worked fine. I have removed it since though since I prefer cutouts way more.

 

I did change the preferences as well, turning cache off and the such.

Evening,

 

I am having issues with the cutout faces (attached images similar to previous questions asked towards other members). I have tried redoing it several times, any help would be appreciated.

 

The faces are not loading in the game is the issue.

 

EDIT: Added the main graphics folder as well as an attachment
