As per the main post, and many, many other posts within this thread, 

 

Club names are only changed if you apply the editor data files before starting a new game. For a workaround if you've already started a new save-game, then please read the opening post of this thread.

 

The weird thing is that I used the first version of the file at the start of the save, and everything was fine. Then, with game/file updates, the club names reset. Anyway, thanks for the answer.

You've not done the steps properly then.

 

Can you show me a screenshot of your lnc folder, and attach the City, Club and Stadium Names.lnc file you have in there?

 

Same here. I don't have a problem with new game's club names but my existing save seems to be brokem
