Do you have the Editor? If so load up your Editor, from there you go to LOAD EDITOR DATA in the drop down menu in the upper left hand corner. Click on ( LOAD EDITOR DATA ) and you'll see all the data (Leagues - Nations) that you've downloaded from Dave's Around the world file. Click on them one by one to load up a single file. Once loaded go to the second bar on the upper left hand side, in the drop down menu you'll see TEST RULES. Click on ( TEST RULES ) and let it run it's test. Once the test is done, re-save the file and it'll work within your game!

It's a simple fix! Go to your editor where the files are kept and re-test them yourself it's easy and takes about 45 mins to update all the leagues and files. You just run the test in the advanced editor!

No, in my experience I use only one from all this huge data and it's work fine.
