Does anyone know how to change the 3d kit at the front page(in the locker room)? They work normally in game but the front page is still displaying the original 3d kit.

Wow, you have done a hell of a job to test it! Does the number of foreign players signed have something to do with the league and clubs' reputations?
I simulated my save to the end of 23/24 season and I finally saw Lee Man bring in a foreign player so I think the mod is working properly. But one thing that frustrated me is the foreign players in HK are all going back to their home countries lol.

I encountered a problem which the hk premier league teams never bring in foreign players. I don't know it's because of my database set up or the rule fix.

Could you also upload the rule fix mod here? I'm using xbox gamepass so I'm not able to access the steam workshop's file.
