Does anyone know how to change the 3d kit at the front page(in the locker room)? They work normally in game but the front page is still displaying the original 3d kit.

I encountered a problem which the hk premier league teams never bring in foreign players. I don't know it's because of my database set up or the rule fix.
Really Iooking forward to it, not sure if I should start a new save now or wait for the update.
Could you also upload the rule fix mod to here? I'm using xbox gamepass so I'm not able to access the steam workshop's file.
