It seems like you somehow aren't downloading the full file. Your browser might have some extensions which interrupt this download. Having loads of downloads ongoing and/or streaming may also de-prioritise this download.

Try using Google Chrome in incognito mode (or the equivalent mode for other browsers) and you should be able to resume the download from the point it was interrupted, if that happens. If that doesn't work, try using a download manager to avoid the download stopping before it's completed.

Does the file stop downloading or does the download conclude before it is actually complete?

Can we have a screenshot of the file downloaded?

Thanks for the respond back. So I downloaded the full file on Chrome Incognito mode and it still stop prematurely. What extension could potentially blocking me from downloading? Thanks

When I download any of the facepack the download prematurely stop and also once I extracted the RAR file it stated that the file is corrupted….please help and let me know if I did anything incorrectly. Thanks
