I have just had another criteria for the medical process, if stat masking is used in the game, how much of the player is known - the higher the profile of the player/the more known, the better the medical risk assessment, which affects the traffic light system.

Hi all,
I was wondering what the community thought about an update to the Medical/Physio function in FM about club medicals.
IRL, medicals aren’t pass or fail, they are graded, often on a traffic light system. Green, no problems; amber, some risks; red, some serious risks.
The level of medical also depends on the timescale. If it’s a transfer deadline, it’s a short timescale but it will come with caveats. If it’s a full medical, it can take days but will be thorough.
I would love to see this in the game where, if amber or green, the transfer can go through. If red, the club can then give the decision to the manager depending on the confidence level in the manager, the skill of the medical staff, and the amount of time taken for the medical.
Like I said, I would love the communities thoughts on this.
