before the free transfer windows shut, i couldn't help myself, for 6K a week anyway!

also the end of december means people's contracts ending, snapped up this beauty for next season...

league-wise, a shit december but still loutering round the pay-offs, had a lot of away games so hoping the rut of home games brings rewards.

managed to steer through a midfield injury crisis to stay in contention.
into November 5th latest got knocked out of the league cup and lost to blackpool so far so good.


after 3 days playing i'm flying!

That Wimbledon game is slow going and my last save game with Leicester was good yet I had the same problem I have every year, having home grown player issues, so this time i have decided to end it once and for all by bringing back some old faces...the .fans weren't too happy but screw them hehe!


i even signed Cantona as Director of Football! brought in 6 new scouts and Alistair Stevenson as coach left everything intact.

also to make sure i have the best chance of gaining promotion and having the best possible squad to face the riguors of the premier 1st season i may have to blow the whole budget on players and staff. luckily the foxes have good financial backing due to the new owners. heres the best of who i brought in.
brought cokey and mcfadden into my last game and were excellent signings for any championship squad.


trying to keep this squad as domestic as possible so only 2 1st team foreigners brought in, need a good back-up to scheichel and en extra striker, carew looked quite tasty never had him before.


looking to bring in some extra home grown future talent for dirt cheap






pre-season started off pretty well

i still have the original one and the italia one for the commadore amiga in my drawer, not been played in a good 15 years!

just delete the config file? you can always remake one with the config generator.

any way of preventing internationals clashing with the world club cup? otherwise i'll never win it!

if you're happy with 12 stick with it, i persist with it, however it rapes a lot of CPU compared to 2011 which was the last one i had before 13. i can't play it for more than 3-4 hours then it gets really sluggish and slow. if you have a fast PC/laptop though you should be fine. also the in match engine is a bit retarded at times.

Apart from wingers trying to run the ball into the net, goalie kicking the ball straight to their team and them scoring into an empty net, and crosses hitting the crossbar all the time, (also the scouting has been messed with and is in fact worst than it was) i'm not having that much of a problem.

some very handy tips there, i've started an FC united game, pretty good starting squad, big ground and good fanbase.

i missed out on signing destro, but picked up alberto paloschi who is also a great young italian striker.

then my main striker gets a groin strain, so up steps luke moore, primerily an attacking midfielder who can partially play as striker. couldn't wish for a better season opener!

then the 1st home game of the season, 2 more for luke moore


then away to accrington, a tense affair and a hat-trick for luke moore, 10 goals in 3 games! who is this man?

next it's brighton second round, looking to at least hold em back maybe push for a draw.

a commendable effort put no dice
next at home to chesterfield some players struggling for fitness due to extra time of brighton, but no midweek fixtures so whoevers fit gets thrown in, not a bad result at all.

cool i'll give it a try, may have been a one off random problem i'll keep you posted, i've down loaded the latest one with squad rules change.

am i right in assuming there's no squad registration at all now? so i can buy as many players as i like and not have to worry about homegrown rules?

i tried out a game as LA galaxy and within a few days continuing i got a runtime error and lost everything, is this something regularly encountered with this? i don't wanna have to save my game everytime i do something!
