I don't know how many times I've told you to add brightness on sources like this. There are actions for this available for both Photoshop and photopea, so it's just one click you'd need to do. Come on, man, it's not rocket science.

I use automatic bright and then CTRL+L in photoshop.

It beggars belief that you still have not learnt the simple rules of this place @Julk44.

It makes little sense to replace a 250x250 cut with one in 180x180.
