ive followed these steps and the players still dont have faces

Hi, im in the process of adding faces for players who currently dont have one and new players added in fm23. I name the image after the players ID number and then place the image into the faces folder but after reloading skin in game the player does not have the face. Am i doing something wrong? This only happens for players who have never had a face before in fm

Hi, when i click to browse the cutout face pack, when i select a continent e.g europe in then no longer shows countries and clubs to browse through. Is this a issue or is this intended?
