I reinstalled the game and it sorted the problem, don't know why it happened still but at least its fixed!

Thanks for replying. It in the same place as where it was before when it worked, Sports Interactive/Football manager 2023/graphics/faces. I find if I start the game and then move the facepacks into my graphics folder once its fully loaded and reload the skin in preferences then the facepacks work fine. Its just when they're added to the graphics folder before I start up the game that it causes it to freeze.

Anyone else found the facepack crashes their game after the new update?
