Stopped them from going to one-drive, must have defaulted to that when I was uninstalling/re-installing stuff

 

Anyway, now I can't extract the files

Also, for the fourth time, I'm asking you to provide screenshots of your megapack folder, showing clearly the full path it’s located in as well as how many images are in that folder

 

I’m just downloading them again. Won’t be able to show how many images are there because it can’t extract to there due to one drive storage

That is the only documents folder. The megapack folder automatically goes into the downloads folder on the C drive. Where should the Sports Interactive folder be created?

Delete everything you have downloaded/installed with regards to the cut-out megapack, and start again from scratch.

 

The reason I asked you to provide screenshots of your megapack folder, showing clearly the full path it’s located in as well as how many images are in that folder, is that I need to see what you've done and where before having any idea what's happened to make the pack not work. Please do so from now on, so that I can help.

 

For example, you now mention you've placed the files on your OneDrive folder - that is not part of the installation instructions 😕

Cheers for the response. It created a sub-folder in graphics, called sortitoutsi. Inside this was the faces and icon faces folder, but it wouldn’t allow me to move these folders from there. Gave up and deleted everything, and the games original faces returned instead of the empty spaces.

Decided to follow the guide video above. Downloaded the files againand tried to extract them to the graphics folder. Now I’m getting ‘An unexpected error is preventing the archive from being extracted’ I give up now, and my little lad is very disappointed in me🙈

 

Trying again to do this from scratch. Do you have to wait for the folders to sync before extracting? Anyway I can’t download them all now as my one drive is running out of space. Never had this issue with previous versions, nor did I in my first two attempts with this face-pack Why are the files not stored in the computer internally rather than the one drive?

That means you've either messed up the installation process somehow or not downloaded the full megapack.

 

You should have one folder which contains all the faces and another which includes all the iconfaces. If you have sub-folders somewhere, what you're experiencing is what will happen. Here's a video on how to install update packs:

When you say you have no faces, do you mean you have a blank space where the cuts should be or do you see the silhouette in that place?

 

Just a blank space, not even a silhouette anymore

Good Evening, I recently downloaded the cut-out face pack, and followed the steps, all the way to the ‘reload skin’ and unticking the caching. I reloaded the game, and now have no faces whatsoever in my game. Any suggestions where I may have gone wrong?
