First time logging in here for quite some time, due to me checking my credit card bill and noticing a payment of 10 GBP. I certainly wasn't expecting to see that so started investigating how it had happened. Checked PayPal and noticed a subscription so have cancelled that and then checked through my emails to see that I did start the subscription this time last year.

As I have very little intention to visit here that frequently can you invoke my membership and forward a refund please?

It might be worth you setting up some sort of email reminder before a subscription runs out so people have the chance to cancel before any payment is made, rather than getting a nice surprise charge from their credit card company or bank.

I've just tried downloading the megapacks for cutout faces and metallic logos. However, when downloading the faces megapack, it reports that the file size is 6.9GB, but after it informs me it's complete, the file size is only 3GB. A similar thing is happening with the logos pack.

Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?

Tried again today and the same thing is happening, it's still only partially downloading the file.
