The issue is not related to the files from this download, but to any one of the 200+ other files in the editor data folder. Try starting a new game without the E23 file, for example.

 

ok thanks i will try but does this only change the name of the premier league to division or there are things like staff German and Japanese players that will won't be correct i noticed that man United name is correct

Can you take an in-game screenshot of this issue as well as of your lnc folder and your editor data folder?

I'm not aware this is the case. Can you take a screenshot of your lnc folder, your edt/permanent folder and the editor data folder?

why after I make a new career it will say premier league but after I close the game and open it again it will say premier division this only happens after I close the game and open it
