Potentially it could be one of two things:

1) The config is not set up to point to the files correctly.
2) The clubs you have jerseys for don't have kits set up in the Pre-Game Editor.

 

Oh okay thanks I listened to your advice and was able to solve the issue.

I downloaded the face packs, logo packs and jersey packs. I followed the various steps to. insert them onto the fm24 folder in graphics but only the face packs work so I don't know what I am doing wrong that the other packs aren't working.
