OK, 2 more minutes of searching., that Velha Goa is Associacao Desportiva de Velha Goa, not what you had. it was a team when Goa was Portuguese up to the 60s. Very unlikely to find a logo online.

Probably, the new football society in Dilijan is a university sport club.
By the way, my source for the new Dilijan FC logo is the Armenian FA official site.

I tried to look for a Wagat Fiat logo but couldn't find one. Does anyone have an idea how to cover it anyway

Some clubs, specially old, defunct or lower league clubs, specially from developing nations, might not have had logos, or not have any images of them online.
