To get the update to work as intended delete all other old files when installing a new version, sometimes old files are removed or replaced.

League Changes contains the promotions and relegations to make the game run as if it was starting this season yes.

I'll have to let kingrobbo answer the question about wonderkids etc.

Sorry I missed that - what about the current error ref Potter though?

I'll look into it because in my game he is at Brighton so this isn't an error I can replicate.

Are you referring to the old file which was provided by a former staff member who requested it be withdrawn? If so all the additions in that file are no longer in the update for download as per their request.

sortitoutsi.net Data Update - Promotions and Relegations 2019-20.xml is no longer in the new data update. we dont use it anymore?

There are two separate files included now called League Changes and Continental Changes which are used for these purposes, always delete ALL old files with each installation.

Can you increase the max allowed wage at RSC ANderlecht to 60K£ a week? You also need to change it in Belgium for ca 140 + and ca 150+ players (because Club Brugge will have to pay the same for Mignolet)

Anderlecht are paying the full loan wage of Chadli (70K £ a week) and their player/manager Kompany ( 57K £ a week)

The total wage budget can stay the same ( on yearly base +/-36M € for players and 50M€ incl. players, staff and management)

Do you have any information on where the extra income is coming in Belgium? Is it sponsorship or a television deal?

On the latest files, some reason Brighton show up as not having a manager in game?

This COULD be related to the creation of Swansea's new manager meaning Potter is "sacked" in one file and "hired" in another, I'll look into it.

Hi, I've noticed that on the data update, Swansea don't have a manager. When I looked on the editor, the changes for Steve Cooper (UID 122259) have all failed, hence why he's not showing on the game. Any chance this can be fixed?

This ought to be fixed either in the existing available update or very shortly.

Just downloaded latest data update and several countries are flagged because leagues contain too few/many teams. In England the Southern and Northern Premier each have a team missing.Im going to delete editor data then try again

Please delete ALL previous files from the update before installing the new ones, there will be conflicts with any older files.

Thanks guys, so far its only the English clubs (its easier to do when the window shuts and they can't buy or sell any more or its hard to keep track of) but all info I can refer back to for later is perfect too.

Is there a list of the current changes you’ve implemented?

Would be useful to find the old list from the previous file?

Thus far relatively few, the previous file was withdrawn and a new one had to be created. This one covers the glaring big ones such as Kompany, Cech, Rooney and the Swansea manager Cooper.

The new build of the update now includes new extra files, for your update to work you MUST delete all old extra files before re-installing the latest. If you do not delete ALL these files there will be conflicts that make the game unplayable. The update is only designed to work with the included files, if you use any other extra files (league packs etc) we cannot guarantee they will work as intended.

In the latest build of the update you will now find a League Changes and Continental Changes files, these provide updates to domestic leagues and continental club competitions. You will also find files named after countries (i.e. England) which provide nation specific changes to league structure.

With the latest build of the update you'll now find a "Club Changes" file. This file provides changes to clubs such as morale, reputation, new owners and club finances etc. The initial build has financial updates for the English leagues now the transfer window has closed, other leagues will be gradually added as the summer develops.

The only changes currently present in the Players and Staff Changes file is Vincent Kompany and Wayne Rooney added as player/non player and some associated tweaks to make them work, nothing else is in there.

For ease of purpose, ALWAYS delete all the old files and replace with the new files when installing a new version of the update.

Still working on the most viable and stable way to do it, unfortunately it is the bigger teams people will want to play that are causing the problems, not the smaller ones you could probably get away with not changing where they caused issues.
