I donloaded the 2026.00 complete by torrent days ago and this new 2026.01 broke it

The files in this 2026.01 came with no prefix face in faces and config

It is

For those that do not wish to donwload everything again, you can use Bulk Rename Utility to rename all faces in a couple of minutes

Just use the prefix face_ like i show in the picture below…

Then use the update file changes of 832.27mb to update the new config

It´s simple and you dont need to download the all megapack again

Just do this in preferences…portuguese language and name clubs in english…the team names in scoreboard will be in 3 letters

Somehow i think the last patch from SI broke something in fix names in the 3 letters names

It´s not only this from susie that i am using from a couple of years since i came, last night i tried 3 diferent fix names from others sites related to FM and all of them have the same problem in the 3 letters names

I have all names good like i show in preview but in the 3 letters some names of the portuguese clubs are wrong

Vitória for example know by Vitória de Guimarães used to be VSC and now it has CLA witch is nothing related to the name

In a matter of fact, Vitória de Guimarães is a old name, the real name of the club is Vitória Sport Clube

I keeped the ones from 1.2 and everything seems to be ok, so i am gonna stick with this until mons came out with something

It´s the 3 files from dbc, edt and lnc folders the post above that Jaxx400 shared from 1.1 fix

I deletect the dbc, edt and lnc folders from the 1.2 fix and replaced with the dbc, edt and lnc folders from 1.1 fix and Brazilian names are now good

So, the “problem” is somewhere there inside those folders

The problem is only the Brazilian names with this new fix

Italian, Spanish, Portuguese names are good

Already restarted Steam and started a new game

In english language is equal with the 3 letters in brazialian names

Just a note: with the release of the beta branch i applyed the old 1.1 fix and had all working, later when you release this 1.2 i got this problem with brazilian names only

It´s the first time in a couple of years that something wrong happen to me, since i use the same process always, it´s like “muscle memory”

I have all names correct like the italian except the brazilian names with this fix name 1.2

It´s not a saved game, it´s a new game started at 5 minutes

This is a new game with 1.2 brazilian names went back to 3 letters

I believe there is no need to put this file in editor, right?

FM26 Sortitoutsi Licenses Fix - Club Name Changes.fmf

This is mine in a new save…i followed all the steps in openning post…all is good

So it may be some things

First the logos…the old logos some of them use same id that some faces and that is not possible in this FM

My advice is to download a new logopack…i use TCM26 with the new sitem of id´s…dont use multiple styles of logos or faces because it will conflict in game

I also use cut out facepack 2026 from sortitoutsi

I have this name fix and i started now a new game and this is my game…all names correct, all logos and faces display now correctly

If you proceed like this your game will be fine like mine!

I saw i workaround for this on Reddit until we have a fix

If your language is set to french, open the pop pup data language and change the option club names to english

Anti tamper crash is not related to this real names fix

Just make a tour in SI fórum in bugs and you will see that most of anti tamper crash is related to computers that dont “use” “have” this tecnology, mostly old PC´s

Some faces like maldini, luis enrique did not show for me

I delected my logos pack that is FMG standard logos and all faces show now

Looks like some faces id alre equal to some logos id and that cannot happen in FM26 like they said in SI forum

The facepack provided dont match with players ID´s

I have just this file on editor data and files for name fix

I got the update on Steam, i did the same process has always with the name fix provided here and started a new save

Everything seems to work fine…italian names are good, portuguese names are good, german names are good…

No need to delete any other file

The process i use always is, delete the inc, edt, dbc from all folders (2300, 2330, 2340, 2400, 2430) and copy to all of them the inc, edt, dbc provided by the name fix…plus copy the editor data files from the name fix to the editor data of FM

I dont use any data update or any custom data, i play with the original data just with the name fix files
