The game has many defects, but it's you who hasn't installed the fix properly. Same as the last two years, going by your post history.

Read the installation instructions, and follow them carefully. If it still doesn't work, provide more info. “still not working” is nowhere near enough for me to be able to help you. You don't go to the doctor, say “I have pain” and expect him to pinpoint what's wrong with you, do you?

If you don't have the editor data file in place before starting a new game, that will happen.

Clubs have a long name (Juventus Fc), a short name (Juventus) and a 3 letter name (JUV). The first two can be edited if you use the workaround, even if you don't have the editor data file in place before starting a new game, but not the third one.
