For all those who can't do it, I've created an instructional video.

This is excellent!
I had a few attempts before I got this to work, so I'm going to try to summarise (using the English v1 file) in as much detail as I can:

Download and extract the two files “fm24 to fm26 eng v.1.atn” and “FM24 to FM26 eng.psd”.

In Photoshop:

Go to Window > Actions and select Actions

Click on the three lines next to the Actions window which has appeared, select “Load Actions” from the menu which pops up and find the .atn file you downloaded.

This should add multiple steps into the Actions list under “Set 1 > fm24 to fm25”

Next, go to File > Place Embedded…

find the .png file of the FM24 kit you want to convert and click “Place”.

Select the tick/check mark at the top of the screen to confirm

Go to the Layers menu (Window > Layers if you don't already have it visible)

Select the layer named “layout” and delete it

Rename the layer you have just embedded as “layout”

Make sure the layout layer is still selected

Go to the Actions menu

Select the fm24 to fm25 line

Click the PLAY triangle

All of the conversion steps should now run through from start to finish.

At the end, go to File > Export > Quick Export as PNG and name your new FM26 formatted kit .png - with a slightly different name to the 2D file, to prevent config file problems later.

Hope that helps anyone who just couldn't get it to work (which was me for a couple of days!) - all credit to bhawkski for this great tool!

this may be helpful for those for whom it doesn't work

I don't know exactly what's going on here, but we'll probably solve this problem soon after the full version of FM26

You can also create new kits and convert them using older 3D FM24 templates, with an emphasis on long sleeves, which must be separated by a line between the shirt underneath, because long sleeves are the most important thing in this operation... and of course, the correct arrangement of elements...  I mean "sleefend"

Unfortunately, I can't check if it works on older versions, I simply don't have the opportunity to do so, I've already put enough effort into changing the application language 🙂 If someone is willing to check it and write if it works on older versions, then we'll know, I'm busy for now, sorry

the newest and most up-to-date, possibly in international English, possibly it will work on older versions, but I haven't checked that, and the most important thing is to adapt the same language, i.e. English

there should be no errors, if it went through and processed the png correctly, there's nothing to worry about, because I probably recorded some unnecessary movement, if something came out incorrectly, you used a file that had already been processed (you always have to start everything from scratch) or maybe you're using an older Photoshop

Done a few tests and it looks like it's working! Here's a test with LFC 06/07  Thanks

I'm very glad it worked out, the stripes may be less even because the structure you sent was previously converted from PES, the best works will be those that come from FM24 templates

This outfit won't turn out the best because the input is incorrect and comes from an earlier outfit mapping. A texture from FM 23 or FM 24 would be best suited.

Now I'm more focused on what I'm doing, even though it's late.

Everything is in English and should work fine in English-language Photoshop

If the window opens, place your outfit in this file using "Place Embed." You'll find it in File - Place Embed Then close the window and it will save automatically.

I released version 2, improving the Adidas stripes. It's not a perfect conversion, but the previous templates don't allow for much...

The game doesn't show these unnecessary details anyway, which doesn't really make sense to me.

I also improved the back and sleeve placement compared to version 1.

We will patiently wait for the templates for FM26

As long as you use it, you can modify it as you like

I just noticed that it doesn't work with adidas stripes, this is due to a different mapping of the previous elements, it can be corrected, but it will never be perfect as creating templates from scratch

I quickly updated the "FM24 to FM25" operation file. It's much better now. Only the collar is slightly misaligned, but I don't think that matters much.

If you don't see it, press Alt+F9, then load the operation from that folder, click on the loaded operation "FM24 to FM26," and press the Play button below. The template I provided isn't precise, but it's usable... I'll update it over time.

@Orthodox  @bolid74 @Footygamer  I was just messing about with pillow and realised all the images are the same size so theoretically could just be relocated as parts no? I attempted it with Bolids Tottenham Third Kit and came up with this conversion, do you think this could be done in bulk to convert every single kit? If not thats fine wanted to try it anyway. (I sort of rushed the coordinates they could definitely be polished)

FM24 Kit
FM26 Version

EDIT: Tried again with a more difficult kit which might struggle with patching up, but would that really matter in the 3D view?

FM24 Kit
FM26 Kit

I checked it today and the short sleeves are longer, it will also be difficult to convert the outfits when it comes to collars and logos in some places

Tottenham and Man City kits are determined by the length of the short sleeves, not the attached graphic with the layout, but thanks for the graphic anyway

It's just a guess, it was extracted from a file with a strange format to a png file, but I wonder if it was really extracted or just converted

Hello everyone,
I decided to quickly create a 3D outfit converter in Photoshop. Here's the result. It's not perfect, and there will likely be some opacity issues, but I haven't found anything better at the moment. The "FM24 to FM26" file should be loaded into Photoshop operations.

The "Layer 2" layer is a smart layer, so you can replace it with any outfit by double-clicking it. Afterwards, press the Play button. For those who haven't tried this before, I'll create a short tutorial later. I hope this will be helpful.

You can edit the file however you like, and your corrections are welcome.

Best regards.

EDIT:

I'm deleting the old work, download at the top
